I noticed in a bottle of cordial/squash last night as I was making a drink for my son that it is less that 0.2/100ml carbohydrates.
It feels line of counter intuitive that as a newly diagnosed T2 following LCHF that I should drink this but it's tempting in this warm weather.
What do others think? Drink and be merry or squash the temptation?
