Non active after meal

Hey I'm finding it hard keeping my numbers low after my last meal, I've got a theory it might be as I mainly just sit and watch tv after so I'm not using up any energy. Would I need to be giving myself an extra few units with my meal to omprnsate this?

Yeah, probably trial and error as how many extra units you need to compensate for chilling. In the day when very busy in work my ratio is 1/15. In the evening after work if gardening or doing diy it remains the same. However it I'm just watching tv I need to do 1/9. So, works out alot of extra to compensate for inactivity. I would advise do something active rather than using extra insulin but we all need some sofa time sometimes.
