Type 2 Non diabetes medications which raise blood glucose levels

I am prescribed 2 medications for other conditions, both are described as raising blood glucose levels (Gabapentin and Lansoprizole)
What difference do the make to blood glucose readings?
What do I need to do to manage thos?
Should I not worry?
Thanks

@Mrs_A_Wrinkly I’ve been on both Gabapentin and something similar to Lansoprizole. The Gabapentin made no difference to my blood sugars . I was in 600 mg. The Lansoprizole equivalent I was on because of GERD/ peptic ulcers, but that was a few years ago, prior to my diabetes.
