I had my first urine test for urine microalbumin and urine creatinine the results are as follow:
random urine microalbumin <0.3 which I think is normal &
random urine creatinine 93mg/dl or 0.93 g/L. I don't know if the creatinine level is normal. I can't seem to find any information on a normal level on random urine. My doctor made the comment since my pressure was up a little 140/83 ( I have white coatitis) and I had protein in my urine he was going to start me on 5mg daily of vasotec daily to protect my eyes and kidneys. I really don't know what to think. Most of my blood pressure I get at home or in the store are 110-130/78-88.
I thought one of the forum members might know what a normal urine creatinine level is. My last A1C was 5.8 and am on Metformin 1000mg 2 times a day.
