Bluetit thanks for this, unfortunately I don’t really like fruit and juice very much , ( that would ha e been a great reason!) almost wish I did?
But life has been really quite stressful the last year or so, could that have an effect?
Loads of veg, soups, beef, chicken actually sort Mediterranean minus the pasta!
Ha ha, na although we live in Scotland, I don’t like porridge ( my hubby loves it! He’s actually much more the type 2 candidate, he loves all carbs, drinks juice, and I’m the one with the not normal blood sugar!!! Not fair) but who said life was fair?
