Not even diagnosed but tingly/numb feet - really worried

Hi, I certainly don't know if you have peripheral neuropathy or not, but can share with you what I did when I had sudden onset of tingling toes. I was told I had PN as well and had tingling toes for 4 years. I read an article about "trigger points" which or muscle knots in your legs. If you have these. They can compress your nerves and you will feel it in your toes. To fix it, I went to a physical therapist who does "dry needling." The dry needled 6 knots in both legs. Within 96 hours my tingling toes were gone. After that, I had sore feet that was hidden by the pain in my toes. It was later found I had also tarsal tunnel in both ankles. I had to find that myself as I did not respond to the Tinel test that is used to diagnose tarsal tunnel. Best to you.
