Not hungry, High BG

Due to other health issues I never feel empty, if I go a day without food at some point the next day I might feel hungry but as soon as I eat even a spoonful I feel full. I drink between 2/3 litres of water per day.
I haven't eaten for 3 days and I don't feel empty or hungry.
BG had been between 8 and 10 I have taken two doses of 2 units of insulin per day.
I don't feel yuck but there is some kind of problem, dry mouth, dry eyes, itchy (problem these are some of the side affects of meds I take) .
Do you think warm weather is causing problem or at least contributory

Still feeling the same, I had a mini babybel last night, I feel really full.
BG is hanging round 8.
I think I might have some sort of infection, mega pain on Friday, very bad muscles spasms, sweating buckets, false hypos. Calling GP tomorrow if today doesn't go well

Please do call the doc if you don't improve as it sounds like something underlying. Take care:)

last night in bed I felt like I was burning up, in pain generally not good, dog knows what time I fell asleep, woke up feeling great and I've had a yogurt for breakfast.
