I've just retrieved the packing from the bin RRB. Here's the ingredients
Outdoor bred pork- 85%
Gluten free flour,
Maize starch
Salt, dextrose
Egg white
Sea Salt
Spices - white pepper, ginger, mace, nutmeg, cayenne
Sugar -Stabiliser (E450)
Herbs - Sage, thyme
Preservative
Yeast extract
Antioxidants
Sodium citrate
Onion powder
Rosemary extract
I think mine may be lower carb, but they do have gluten in them as breadcrumbs are included.
Phew! Most welcome RRB. The brand is Paul Rankin as endorsed by @sanguineI used to love his soda bread but gave it up for LCHF. Paul Rankin's bread not Rod's!
Paul Rankin, he's the Irish chef ? I too used to eat some soda bread, but it's mainly crackers now. Corr........... I could just eat a sausage sandwich with brown sauce right nowbut alas, just a dream..................
