I shouldn't worry about your hubby and eating fat.I am curious about the question from question from totto about eating enough fat. I really do not know how much I should be eating. For example, my usual breakfast is one large and one small egg beaten up and fried in a small knob of coconut oil with 2 bricks frozen spinach and 35g grated cheddar cheese.
Another problem I have is that hubby has CHD (he had a bypass last year) and currently wants to eat my higher fat diet but without losing the carbs ie his morning toast and cereal snacks in the evening. So I try not to have too much fat especially in what we are both eating. Although they now say fat may not contribute to heart disease, I really think that it might be a food combining issue i.e. if you have the fat you can't have the carbs?
