not sure if this is correct diagnosed july

Type of diabetes
Type 2
Treatment type
Tablets (oral)
I have been putting everything down to my ptsd and now found out I have b12 deficiency and diabetes type 2 is it normal with diabetes to be out and about and when you turn or walk get a horrible feeling of disorientation and very hot and feel like your going to hit the deck.
 
Hello and welcome

Those light headed moments can be several things, one of which is vertigo, another is a sudden drop in blood pressure due to changes in posture. I have no idea if it can be diabetes related. You need to have a word with your GP.

thankyou it was not light headed was defiantly disorientated very different to anything I have had before ok thanks
