Not testing

Here I am struggling yet again. If had an extremely stressful few weeks which have led up to me having to take time off work. If not tested my bs levels in 2 weeks. I'm taking novorapid at random times after I binge eat and end up feeling rotten. Though I take my levemir every night I have no idea what my levels are.
My mental health is not good at the moment so I have absolutely no motivation to look after my diabetes

Oh I'm so sorry to hear you're having a hard time.

Please, start testing, I know it seems all to much at the moment but you will feel better if you get you blood sugar down.

I know it is hard to motivate yourself when stressed but please don't over think it just start testing.

And come back and tell us and I'm not type 1 myself but plenty on here are and will support you.
