A low carb diet with plenty of healthy natural fats, I get my fats from fatty cuts of meat, eating the skin on chicken, oily fish like salmon, avocado, good oils like nut oils, extra virgin olive oil, a bit of butter, coconut oil I don’t add fats but I don’t take them away. I don’t do a lot of dairy because it makes me gain weight, which may be beneficial for you
so double cream, cheeses etc. I eat in moderation as I also find it exacerbates my psoriasis if I have too much dairy
