I've been tested with a Fasting test twice over the years. The last time I was asked to do one , I got weak with hunger, so i ate and didn't go for it. But these last few years 6 or so, I've been getting rounder (waistline) and tired and I've had increased sugar levels in urine and thrush a lot so I know that I need to watch my sugar intake. Log all your results to show your GPHi Diamondash, have you been tested ? I understand your concerns, I have no family history of diabetes at all. At this stage ( undiagnosed ) I really don't know what I'm looking for when it comes to keeping levels on an even keel apart from the two hour after meals readings which I will be doing for the first time in about fifteen minutes. My initial high reading test was done not quite an hour after breakfast. Well done you for taking control now. Thanks for your reply.
