I have a note that blood sugar level does not fall below the level 120mg/dl Is this a coincidence ?
Or is it really worth discussing I have already said that our bodies adapt to the level of sugar
Maybe my body now considers that level 120mg/dl is normal

Hi already I started measuring today before and after the mealWhen are you taking the measurements? If you are new to the game, and low carbing, the process takes a while. I found that my numbers gradually dropped down at a rate of 10-20 per month using your measures, its particularly difficult to get a handle on the morning numbers, because if you suffer from the dawn phenomenon which many of us do,then it does not reliably happen at the same time or to the same extent each day . Many of us recommend frequent testing morning, and before and after meals. If you are just looking for one daily trend, then using the umber 2 hours after my evening meal would probably have best showed my changes over time.
Thank you Bluetit1802120mg/dl (6.7mmol/l) is still higher than acceptable. Once you get your other day time levels down (pre and post meal) these morning levels will fall, but they are usually the very last levels to drop. You need to be aiming for under 100mg/dl but this will take time. It won't happen quickly. High morning levels are associated with insulin resistance - and this needs to be vastly reduced. You are doing well, and have made a great improvement, but will do much better when you start post meal testing and learn from what your meter tells you.
Thank you Bluetit1802

No didn't I have done some exercise, do you increase blood sugar? last test just now meal was 100g black Olive my blood sugar was 136mg/dl. Now after 2 hours now 106mg/dlWell done for starting meal time testing - keep any rise to under 36mg/dl (and preferably less than that). If it more than that, you need to examine the meal and see which carbs you can reduce or eliminate.
Your 2 eggs should raise you very much as there are no carbs there - did you have something with the eggs? A drink maybe?
