My HbA1c is 71 so doctor recommended me to take 40mg glicazide added to my 500g metformin and 10mg dapagliflozin. I also have EPI and take creon. Am worried about all this medication. Any suggestions. I have lost 4 stone since being diagnosed and cannot do low carb due to EPI, as I have enzymes to digest food and tummy issues. Thank you.

Sorry not an answer for you but can you educate me why low carb and epi are incompatible? Do you not match the enzymes to whatever food you choose to eat ? Apologies for my ignorance
