Good morning all, it’s been a while since I checked in.
Nearly six years since diagnosis and my foot numbness has slightly increased in severity/frequency/duration. I’m doing the best I can regarding BG control (“average”, would be a generous descriptor). While researching daily self foot massage techniques, I happened upon the eye-wateringly expensive Renpho foot massager. Do any of you have any experience of these, or similar devices? I am keen to avoid purchasing a partner for the George Forman Grill on top of our kitchen cupboards.
