Hi all

For about a year or so, I have had a mixture of a tingly/numb/aches feeling in my feet. I have been trying to reduce my HbA1c since then as I want to stop any progression, my most recent two tests were both 7.5%.

At the weekend, I spent a good few hours at the hockey, which meant a lot of standing up, whilst wearing thermal socks. When I got home, my feet were so cold I left them on and ending up falling asleep with them on all night. When I took them off, I had an indent all the way around my legs where'd they'd been digging in. A couple of days later, I notice that my legs are now incredibly numb, whereas before I had no issues.

Does anyone have any experience with this? I have booked an appointment to see the diabetes nurse (apparently seeing a doctor was not possible), but I am really, really scared.
