Hi Kazlou,
I reported numbness in my rt thigh & the Dr suspected diabetes - it was T2. That was 10 years ago. That thigh has never really cleared, though it does not normally bother me. It does function as an "early warning system."
WHen I was given simvastatin, the thigh became painful. Stopping simv cleared the pain. Two years ago the pain became crippling & my blood glucose was drifting up (HBA= 6.7. ) At that point I took advice from contributors to this forum & reduced my carb. Within 3 months I was OK again.
In my case it is diabetes related, & indicates a problem. We cannot diagnose, only share experiences. See your Dr.
