numbness in toes

I went out last night and wore heels, first time in years, used to wearing flats because of joint problems. However when I woke up this morning my big toe and 2nd toe on my right foot feel weired, kind of numb. Not sure if its because of the heels or something else

More than likely it's just the heels if your foot was fine before, I would just keep an eye on things and if the numbness doesn't improve then see your gp/podiatrist, as diabetics we do have to be very careful with our feet..
