Hi all. Type 1 and i have been having a numbness little bit of pain from right top buttock down to heel. Can anyone explain what this could be and i have been noticing my sugars have been all over the place. They would like them between 4mmol and 10mmol. They are much higher than that. Any advise please.
 
Neuropathy is more common with diabetics and high blood sugars put you at more of a risk. Or sciatica can cause pain down your leg. I'm sure there are some other things that can cause it too. It's best to go to the doctor and get it checked as soon as possible. They are the ones that can diagnose what is wrong, we can't. Neuropathy or sciatica can get quite painful.
