Type 1 NUU alarms

I have a Libre2 with a NUU A5X reader. Recently the NUU reader has stopped raising an alarm when the meter hits the level I have set it at. does anyone know how to correct this please

Hi,

Not a device I’m familiar with.

Is you alarm notifications on in the Libre app?
Is your volume level on the device adequately set?
Silly question after checking the spec on this unit. But do you have either ear phones plugged in or connected via Bluetooth?
If blootooth earbuds are not sat properly in the charger, they can stay connected & silence the device. By playing the audio through the ear bud to which is inaudable. There is usually a little headphone icon on devices when connected in the info tray at the top?

Not a lot about it online.
