I'm actually wondering can I actually eat these? The carbs on these biscuits seems ok, not so much for tea break. It is ok to consume?

I have attached the image of the nutrition facts about it.

You can eat whatever you choose to :D but the only way you can find out whether they are any good for your glucose levels is to use a meter to do some testing, and see if you're happy or not with the results.

A portion of three pieces weighing 25g containing 16g carbs will work out at 64g carbs per 100 grams weight, which is a hell of a lot. And that small serving has around 1/3 of my chosen daily carbs "ration", so where I might just possibly try one, I'd certainly not eat the recommended portion of three at once, but then that's my choice.

Do I see sugar and glucose syrup I. The 3 red and 4 th ingredient? Off my list...

Not a health food as far as I'm concerned but hat is just me....
