Bought this yesterday as I'm trying to introduce back into diet. I can manage 15g oats but this has less carbs than ordinary oats. By mornflake. I soaked 15g oatbran in 60g yoghurt overnight. I beat in an egg this morning and made a pancake. Very nice! If I use 2 eggs I put in 10g ground almonds. Yum yum x

Mornflake also do some really nice bran flakes (plain or with red berries). They are quite low carb too. Big Sainsburys sell them.

Oat bran pancakes are an amazing breakfast idea. There are plenty of other things you can try with oat bran with oat bran muffins being my personal favorite. It does not take very long to make and in the end you get tasty muffins everyone is sure to love. I frequently make them for my friend who has T1 diabetes. You can follow this link to find the recipe for the muffin.
Another fast and healthy breakfast idea is making oat bran porridge (with non-fat milk of course). The countless health benefits offered by the bran make it a perfect choice for a meal, especially for those fighting diabetes. You can check out this site to get more ideas about what you can make with oat bran.
