Obesity surgery court battle lost.

I am sure you will remember the case of an obese Type2 diabetic who urgently needed surgery according to his Health Care Team. He has lost his court appeal. This explains that he has multiple health problems.

Interestingly, the NHS is looking into the postcode lottery where he lives. If he moved a mile away he would be eligible for the surgery.

If he doesn't want to move, he should rent a place out for a couple of months. It sure would be cheaper than the surgery!
