If you keep a record, a food diary, you have a history of what is good and what is bad, then when you see your dsn, you can show her how well(?) You have done!!Tested again and im 6.5 now. Diabetes is a minefield!
Finding it very frustrating. I usually learn very quickly about anything and this is so unpredictable..
Im very confused with my readings. Ive been in the 5/6s all day. Tested 2 hours after lunch and was 6.2. Walked home and tested just before dinner and was 8.9. Ive eaten nothing since lunch, only had a couple of glasses of water.
I did get a bit of a scare just before testing (jumped started my car and it sparked a lot) could that have done it? Im trying so hard to be good that it gets me down when I have high readings.
It will do, it's full of baddies, like carbs and sugars. Yuk!Thanks for any help. I had 1/2 tin of rice pudding on Friday sent my glucose thru the roof.....mind you it was loveerly...
