Never had a deep fried mars bar but have had a deep fried pizza, interesting is a good word to describe it, I think I looked and examined it for longer than it would have taken just to eat it, the dog enjoyed it.
The best thing in the world is a deep fried egg, it is a ball of molten yolky crispness
One has to wonder when one sees what they roll in!!!!Dogs have no hang ups.
They don't have guru's, they only have really good noses.

Yep, trust me.. Kids out delivering at the "crack of dawn" while I'm out with the dog before work.. Respect to em...!People still have newspapers delivered? This is the thing that surprises me about this story.
Nah, we just use too many "designer chemicals".. So much emphasis on smelling nice. It's unnatural & quite frankly offensive..Guru's?
It's what dogs should smell of, human's are wrong, the establishment bath is evil?
The edit report and cancel buttons have been hidden under the Tools button. It makes sense in one way, but is possibly not as intuitive as it used to be. Newbies will be confused. Oldvarties also confused@Administrator Whats happened to the Edit button? Wanted to correct a minor typo.
Also note that the Delete and Report buttons are also missing.

Though the fact one can pick up a tablet these days & peruse the news must be slowly killing them off...?!
Nope. It is a recent change to my setup. Robinredbreast reports no change yet, so this is still a transit situation. But i have found where they are hiding, so can still make and break bloopers. It's been like that for ages @Oldvatr perhaps your grammar is normally exemplary and never needs editing?
p.s this post has just been edited to remove grammatical errors
Actually the dish is said to have been created in 1995 in the Haven Chip Bar (now the Carron) in Stonehaven (a place where at Hogmanay, they swing their burning balls round their heads and fling them into the harbour!( the fireball festival))That's actually one thing I never tried.
I would have done, but it was reportedly 1995 when it was invented in Aberdeen,

I am normally a reader of "I" newspaper, however, today the Daily Express was delivered in error. This undernoted quote is taken from an article titled Diabetes costs soar as illness takes its toll :-
" We know there are issues with alcohol consumption, bad diet and a lack of exercise, and all of these things can culminate in the diagnosis of diabetes" then later on in the same article:-
"But by encouraging personal responsibility in terms of diet and lifestyle, and putting more effort into education these figures would soon come down"
This from Donald Cameron, the Scottish shadow health secretary. Makes me proud to be Scottish!

Putting out the proper information in the first place would be a step in the right direction. They should take their Eatwell plate and .....eat it.
The problem is that these journalists associate those things with Cause of Condition, which is not a proven thing at all. If they had linked lifestyle changes to relieving the condition, then we might applaud them instead of reviling them. But that message is lost in translation.Tell that to someone who was diagnosed T1 aged 2 and 9 months, like me. Hmm, bad diet diet, lifestyle, alcohol or... an auto-immune mistaken response? I wonder... I usually write to the editor pointing out factual errors or misleading language if I see something like this.
