Good start! I think you will find it easier long term if you can cut out the rice cakes and Weetabix as these carbs will just make you hungry. Try a fried breakfast instead?

Just boiled eggs may grow on you ... my experience.
If you need to get out of the door quickly in the morning, you may wish to - the evening before if you have the energy - to wisp some eggs, maybe add some shredded cheese or whatever you have around of condiments you like - even some veggie leftovers , and some full fat cream - and let it sit in the fridge overnight. - In the morning it will be only 5 - 10 minutes to have a lovely omelette ready. And it will also be good cold.
