OK for day one ?

Good afternnon, I have started lo-carbing today, can someone please check and see how I am doing ?

B 2 weetabix with almond milk = 25g carb

L 4 rice cakes - 20g carbs
tub of egg mayo = 0.8 carb
packet of urkey slices = 2.6

S Pork chop, with red cabbage, mini corgettes, caultflower

Good start! I think you will find it easier long term if you can cut out the rice cakes and Weetabix as these carbs will just make you hungry. Try a fried breakfast instead?
 
I echo that, you are still eating processed food. Eat stuff that cant be messed about with.
 
Sounds good, I chop my boiled eggs up and serve in a cup with butter and salt and pepper. Omelettes are good too with chopped bacon.

Check out the "what have you eaten today" thread for literally hundreds of ideas. Then plan your shopping, plan your meals, keep low carb snacks ready prepared.
 
OK, hard boiled eggs for b'fast

tuna and mayo with chunks of cheese for lunch

meat and veg for supper

Just boiled eggs may grow on you ... my experience.

If you need to get out of the door quickly in the morning, you may wish to - the evening before if you have the energy - to wisp some eggs, maybe add some shredded cheese or whatever you have around of condiments you like - even some veggie leftovers , and some full fat cream - and let it sit in the fridge overnight. - In the morning it will be only 5 - 10 minutes to have a lovely omelette ready. And it will also be good cold.
