It's full orf recipes which are carb counted and have exchange control numbers. I've heard of these, but must research them to understand. there are comments ihn the intro about reduced carbohydrates for diabetes control. It was published in1981 Presumably before the "eat plenty of complex carbohydrates" nonsense became the fashion. I'm looking forward to leaarning from it.
Now I have to go make chicken chasseur for dinner.
