I've just tested and I'm 5.6 !!!!!!!!!!!
I was so shocked I tested again in other hand to make sure there was no mistake and it was the same!!!!!
Over 30 to 5.6 in just a month, the lowest I've been up till now is 7.2, but only tested in the 7s a few times! Just got to try and keep it this low now!
Thank you to everyone who has helped me, couldn't have done it without you all

Yeah. DP is a bummer.
After a year of very low carb my DP has not shifted. And stress, lack of sleep and being woken by foxes fighting in the street outside tends to drive it higher.
But give it time and a lot of ppl find that their DP gently shifts downwards, but it may take months rather than weeks...
Thank you everyone, I really thought my meter was broken!
rowan, I've documented on here several times how my bloods came into line when I got my diet (and exercise) into shape. I didn't experience a slow, downward slope on my graph, but more a level line, then notches downwards. It was almost like my body fought and fought to maintain the higher levels, then gave in, "picking" a new lower level, and restarting that exercise. I think others found this too.And my DP this morning was 10, whereas it's been between 14 and 16 fot the last couple of weeks! How strange
