It's been 2 days since my gym session with my personal trainer and I ache so bad, my arms, shoulders, elbows hurt so much, It hurts to bend them, straighten them, move them :D, this coupled with no more metformin = best ever BG readings. Even had a 4.1 today.....

I have certainly burned all the Glucose out of these bad boys :D
