Omnipod 5 and Libra 2 Plus compatability

I am type 1 diabetic and have been using pumps for over 14 years. I switched from Roche two years ago to Omnipod 5 / Libra 2 plus. Over recent weeks I am being woken numerours time with alarms for "Missing Sensor Values" and when the system changes from Automated to Manual to Limited. I need the stystem on to alert me should I go low. I have changed the pump and sensor as requested. Both manafacturers say the problem is the other or refer me to my health care provider. This is not helping my sleep patern. Does anyone else have this problem?

Hi BRW

I am in a similar position to yourself. I have been using Omnipod 5 and Libre 2+ for a couple of months and frequently get woken because of this. For me the issues arises mainly due to problems with line of sight. The only way I can maintain line of sight is having both the sensor and pod on my arm. My arms are suffering because of this.

I have also had the run around between Abbott and Omnipod which is very frustrating !!
