I have recently started on a pump - the Omnipod.
I have not been to the gym in 2 weeks while fine tuning my basal rates. Thinking of starting again next week.
I prefer wearing the pod on my tricep. Does this cause any problems doing upper body weights like bench press, shoulder press, bicep curls or Tricep excercises?
I worry that the skin may pull tight under the patch?
Also, has anyone tried wearing to pad on their calf? Would that work?
