Omnippod 5 control via phone?

The Omnipod 5 is currently supplied in the UK with the controller handset, while our counterparts in the US have the option control it from their phones. Does anyone here know when Insulet plan to allow us to do the same?

Tandem has had an app in the US for 3 years and it’s still not in the UK
