Every time I go away I meet diabetics who are not looking after themselves. It's really sad. This guy just been put on Metformin. He's had higher BG levels than I had when I was diagnosed, and nothing been done about before now. No lifestyle advice. No diet advice. Just been neglected as far as I can tell. Eating all the wrong things and falling asleep after most meals because BG too high. Tragic.</p></blockquote><p></p>
