Mixed veggies sauteed in butter and olive oil. In the pan I started with 4 cloves of garlic in a mix of butter and olive oil, added a medium onion chopped. one small carrot julienned, sliced mushrooms, 1-1/2 cups finely chopped green cabbage, 1 -small zucchini, 1/2 - orange bell pepper julienned, little salt, some pepper. On the plate I added some of last nights leftover roast chicken, skin on.
