Breakfast today was a small square of dark 85% chocolate and a small banana. Not my usual fare!
I woke up and was about to go on my five km walk when I tested to find my glucose was a lowish 84mg/dl (4,6 mmol/l). Not wanting to risk my exercise inducing a glucose dump from my liver, I made my unusual breakfast choice.
On testing again about an hour later my glucose is 104 mg/dl (5,77 mmol/l)
I guess this is eating to your meter with a twist!
