BUT since low carbing my cream intake has increased but no diarrhoea.  However I've had it twice after consuming wheat. It may be coincidence and just linked to the total number of carbs in that meal. I'm not on any meds BTW.Definitely  worth looking at foods that  might trigger it</blockquote>
