All those values are entered by members from all over the world, places with different food labelling and where food products are manufactured differently for different countries. . Some entries are entirely wrong. I find the book Carbs & Cals best for finding carb counts. I do use MFP. I enter all my food every day, but I have researched the values myself, using the manufacturer/grower websites, or Tesco website. Please be aware the values in MFP are not official ones.
