Thus pretty much eliminate even the small risk of hypo you have, and also avoid headache inducing dehydration. In a perverse way I think it’s keeping your numbers higher because you keep resorting to carbs in order to prevent potential and feared hypos. And every ill feeling, headache or grumpiness is blamed on feared “low” numbers further justifying eating to raise them. Just my two pennies worth, feel free to ignore it.</p></blockquote><p></p>
