OOPSIE BREAD

Trying to follow a low carb diet and would like to try oopsie bread. Does anyone know if you can freeze it?
 
I have never tried to freeze it but it is good in the fridge for several days. I would suspect it would go soggy as it is mostly eggs.

You could also try using fathead pizza base as bread. It is very yummy and much sturdier than oopsie bread.
