Oopsie Bread?

I want to try making some of this, to wean myself off regular bread. The recipes mention cream cheese, but all i can find is soft cheese like Philadelphia. This stuff also has some carbs in it, is that a problem?

That's what I use.. well, the shops own version of it which is sometimes lower in carbs. Lidl do one which is half the price too. Just checked mine and its 2.9 per 100 g. The whole 200g tub works out at 5.8 carbs.
I thinks the oopsies I make work out about 1 carb each and don't touch my BG at all.
I love making them. I make a bit extra so I can make 8 oopsies and then take the last third of the mixture, add a spoonful ground almonds and sweetener and make a roulade.

Philadelphia is cream cheese and works great in Oopsie bread.
It says it's 1g per 15 g. I would say that's acceptable. My goal is under 10%

No - if you look at the number of carbs in things like cream and cheese, they are far far less than the levles you'll find in normal bread. You have to accept that unless you eat a very tightly controlled diet, you will be eating some carbs - and the art lies in keeping them as low as you can possibly manage, and still eat a varied, healthy diet that you can manage long term.

And PS: Go for the full fat version - the lower fat ones (of anything ) will always contain more carbs.
