**** and blast it. Ate 3 chocs even though I knew I shouldn't but thought i could as I was about to go out on bike ride to get some shopping. My friend arrived so I couldn't go and I had a huge spike. Knew something was wrong as felt really dizzy. Bs 9.8! Ate a bit of lunch: cheese and salami and finally back down to 5.0 2 hours later! Wanting to experiment and see if can have odd little thing but clearly not 3 small Thorntons choccies! Rough week. Normally really good. Wish I could have a day off now and then!Saying nothing

A small pot of supermarket Choc mousse is 14g carbs. Or my other craving buster is Options Hot Choc, 6g per mug full.
Can you increase your exercise? I am a working mum too so it is very difficult to fit it in. But maybe you can succeed where I fail. I'm better on weekends

Don't beat yourself. You have had a bad week with the NHS winding you up, feeling rotten plus having gammy feet. You deserved a treat**** and blast it.
