Hi
So I get the dawn phenomenon, you go a bit high to give you energy for the day. But I keep going low between 5.30 and 6.30. And then I can't get back to sleep which is annoying.
Is it likely to be my basal? I take split dose Lantus at 8 pm, 11 units. I normally eat at about 7pm and I bolus at 1:10 at dinner.
What do you guys think? Thanks x

It is your basal insulin Donna.

Thanks guys, I'll reduce the evening one to 10 again. I upped it a couple of weeks ago as I started to go a but high. X
