found this great LCHF cafe down the road ...so its a takeaway then ...orders please

I've got an old urn that will give us our builders tea anytime, just needs topping up once in a while!
Can't do nowt around the shed without a cuppa first!

Man sheds often contain a few bottles of home brew. As beer is generally a no-no, particularly for T2 types, how about a still in the corner, to provide a spot of Poteen?
 
A grog of rum would go nice about now!

A good naval tradition and won't send your blood glucose levels up!
 
If you hold onto the big blue button on the wall ..it filters out all the carbs and sugars from what you want to eat or drink ... So I having a pint of Guinness
