So the boss and I are out shopping yesterday, and decided to go for lunch.
Wetherspoons is ok and had seating, I decided on the Tandoori Chicken skewers and side salad I'm on the LCHF diet.
Didn't touch the raita dip as they couldn't confirm if there was any sugar in it, the menu's there are really good as the give calorific information ( not carb info), anyhow when we got home I entered the meal info into My fitness pal ( Wetherspoons meals are listed ) only to find that the meal contained 44 grams of carbs! I'm hoping hat most of that was in the dip.
Be careful out there it's a jungle
