Well just been for my latest Habc1 result and it's now 41 down from 51 in July so now I have been taken off my medication apart from 500mg of metformin so happy

You have proved to yourself and your doctor that you can control your daibetes without using lots of drugs, now the hard part start when you have to do more of the same for the rest of your life........
