People who lie , animal cruelty , boredom and pineapple !
A few months ago, my husband who is Type 2 suffered a stroke which the neuro consultant put down to him having had a very high result from his A1c . He was put onto additional medication,Glic , but then, because he changed his diet to LCHF , he began to suffer regular hypos so he was told to just stay on Metformin . I went with him for the result of his A1c which he had two weeks ago , it is now 49 which is amazing, the nurse practitioner was gobsmacked to say the least, just shows what difference three months can make Not only is he making a good recovery from the stroke, but now he has the encouragement and drive to carry on with the regime, just needed to share

With his BG in better shape, it must surely help his recovery process too. Well done both of you.
