I like this podcast, as there are 2 Doctor's who have been trained in the standard art, had their own metabolic issues, which they are resolving / have resolved and to boot have real patients who they are fixing. No theoretics, action with outcomes. Tro is my kinda person.

I thought he was brave to be on against 2 such pro low carbers.
I just got around to listening to this and it was very interesting - thanks. I was very impressed with Dr Speakman who was very good at expressing his point of view unlike the other two who seemed unable to string a complete sentence together.
I remain convinced that the alteration of wheat 50+ years ago had unforeseen consequences for the way our body processes these carbs. Plus the way plastics affect our hormone production and use. Plus modern bread productions methods. Its not about how much we eat, its about what we are eating.
