Overeating


Hi Kev, I get terrible munchies where I can't stop eating. I find it is worse if I eat carbs - they definitely make you want more.

I find drinking helps (not alcohol obviously) and doing some exercise (ie. ten pressups, stomach crunches, etc) it takes your mind of the eating and helps your weight loss too!

Munching a few nuts is good too (although watch the quantity)!
